ABSTRACT
Nafiatun, Etik Rahayu, Istiqomatunnisa dan Dita Ayu Sorraya “PELATIHAN PEMANFAATAN TEPUNG SINGKONG SEBAGAI INOVASI PRODUK MIE YANG BERGIZI TINGGI DI DESA KEDUNGWARU LOR, KECAMATAN KARANGANYAR KABUPATEN DEMAK”. Program Kreatifitas Mahasiswa Pengabdian Masyarakat UNNES. Advisor Lecturer: Alamsyah S.Si., M.Kom.17 pages.Kedungwaru Lor village located at Karanganyar subdistrict, Demak regency. Kedungwaru’s geography is very precise for farming. In another side, there are many cassava that has yet to be utilized by citizen at Kedungwaru Lor village, despite its high nutrition. Moreover, society doesn’t know well abut cassava nutrition. Therefore, it is need skills to make food innovation made from cassava to increase its utility. So, it can increase society’s welfare.
Noodles made from cassava is an interesting-innovation food. Many people love eating it, because it is delicious, nutritious and cheap.
We propose a program to socialize and make noodles made from cassava in Kedungwaru Lor village. The program consist of three steps, There are (1) preparation, (2) realization of socialization and dedication, (3) Evaluation.
The aim of program is society may possess skill of making noodles made from cassava . So that, it will increase society life skills for their welfare.
